Winter vacation to build physical strength

This article is my memorandum, so it's not very interesting and useless. sorry.

But the night view was beautiful.

At the end of the year, I was planning to go skiing, which had been away from the corona. However, I was completely weak, so I decided to build up my strength in Tokyo during the winter vacation. My legs are getting thinner and my muscles are getting weaker, but just going up the stairs makes it harder to breathe. So I started with a basic run.

Shinobazu

On the 29th,

I went to the nearby Ueno Park by bicycle after 5 pm, which is hard to see. Then I started running in Shinobazu Pond, but soon I became stuffy. I should have been confident in long-distance running, but I am surprised myself. So I intended to go around the outer circumference of Shinobazu Pond, but I crossed the shortcut course to Benten-do. Still, it was difficult to keep running, so I walked halfway. After all, I went around 5 laps. The purpose was to put a load on the respiratory system and sweat, but I didn't sweat as much as I expected.

On the 30th,

I walked from my house to Shinobazu Pond without using a bicycle. 3 laps of the same shortcut course as yesterday. There are many other people who run.

 

On the 31st,

a slight muscle pain in the leg. Wear thicker clothes on both the top and bottom and ride a bicycle to Shinobazu Pond for 3 laps on the same shortcut course. Since it's New Year's Eve, few people are running. The wind was cold, but I was able to sweat a lot.
